Lead team of Sales Strategy analysts to drive incremental revenue and maximize program profitability through production and analysis of complex revenue models and forecastsUse advanced data analytics to identify revenue opportunities within the indirect channel and partner with key stakeholders to gain insights into customer behaviorTranslate complex models in clear, business-friendly terms to gain buy-in from leaders and stakeholdersPartner with various teams within Sales, Revenue Management, Revenue Analysis, Alliances, and Finance, among other internal stakeholders, to ensure successful delivery of Sales Strategy initiativesLead a team to identify and quantify revenue opportunities through in-depth analysis of data. Develop and recommend practical revenue management solutions, taking a strong leadership role in a wide variety of revenue initiatives, collaborating with other departments including Pricing, Yield Management, Network Planning, Sales, Finance, AAdvantage, and Marketing.Drive forward top priority commercial initiatives that span across the company and our partner airlines, bringing alignment around commercial strategies, maintaining clear communication across teams, and ensuring cross-functional actions are completedDrive and coordinate projects with other departments and presents analyses and recommendations to senior managementEnsure continuous training and provides development opportunities for the analyst poolContribute to and drive forward a thriving team culture exemplified by personal integrity and accountability, respect and inclusiveness, collaboration, adaptability, positivity, and care for othersBuild on knowledge and experience to create a vision for the future direction of the commercial teams and the company at large. Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience / training7 years’ work experiencePreferred Qualifications :
