Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Program Manager with 8+ years of leadership experience overseeing complex, multi-project initiatives across enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate excels at aligning cross-functional teams, managing interrelated projects, and delivering integrated business outcomes that span systems, platforms, and processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage programs composed of multiple related projects focused on systems integration and business transformation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to define program objectives, integration strategy, and long-term roadmap.
• Oversee project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated execution across workstreams.
• Monitor program-level budgets, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Facilitate communication across engineering, product, QA, DevOps, and business functions to ensure seamless system integration.
• Ensure compliance with integration standards, security protocols, and data governance throughout the program lifecycle.
• Present regular program status updates, including risks, milestones, KPIs, and strategic impacts, to senior leadership and executive sponsors.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing program-level lessons learned and enhancing delivery frameworks for future initiatives.
