Senior Program Manager

Required Minimum 20 years of experience with 8-10+ years of delivery / program management experience.

5+ years hands on experience with managing and leading IT projects preferably with Logistics, BFSI domain

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, project team members, supervisors, and employees from other departments.

Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills

AI application knowledge within SDLC is critical

Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills

Self-driven and agile in execution

Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.

PMI / PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus

AI certifications is a plus
