About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecalling Appointment Setter experienced in engaging international clients (US, UK, Australia, Canada, etc.) for service-based industries such as janitorial, plumbing, security, and software. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in handling global prospects, and a proven record in fixing qualified appointments with decision-makers for sales teams
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to international prospects and introduce our service offerings (janitorial, plumbing, security, and software services).
Engage professionally with decision-makers (owners, facility managers, operations heads, etc.) and identify opportunities.
Fix appointments for the Business Development / Sales Team and ensure calendar confirmations.
Maintain and update CRM records accurately with call notes and follow-ups.
Work closely with the marketing and sales team to ensure the quality of leads and appointment conversion.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment targets.
Conduct research on target markets to build prospect lists and understand client requirements.
Readiness to work in USA & Australian Time
Key Skills Required
Excellent English communication (both verbal and written).
Strong international calling experience (preferably US, UK, or Australia markets).
Proven ability to fix qualified appointments consistently.
Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar).
Industry understanding in janitorial, plumbing, facility management, security, or software services is highly preferred.
Ability to handle objections professionally and maintain a high call-to-appointment conversion ratio.
Organized, target-driven, and proactive attitude.
