Role Overview

We are looking for a Patient Calling Specialist – Malaysia Voice Process to join our healthcare operations team.

This role involves connecting with patients, scheduling appointments, verifying details, assisting with treatment-related queries, and maintaining accurate patient records ensuring a smooth, empathetic, and efficient patient experience for our South East Asian (Malaysian client).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle patient calls and appointment scheduling for multiple dental clinics across Malaysia.
• Manage and update patient information and treatment records accurately in CRM systems.
• Respond to queries related to appointments, treatments, and billing with professionalism and clarity.
• Conduct follow-ups for appointment confirmations, post-treatment care, and feedback collection.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and healthcare confidentiality standards.
• Support administrative and coordination activities to enhance patient experience.
