Key Responsibilities :
1. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration
Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals.Act as a strategic HR partner to business and function heads.Ensure execution of HR initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.2. Talent Acquisition
Oversee full-cycle recruitment and ensure timely, quality hiring.Coordinate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring plans.Monitor recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate experience.Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.3. HR Analytics & Technology
Create and manage dashboards for key HR metrics including hiring, retention, and engagement.Analyze workforce data to drive insights and strategic decisions.Leverage HRMS platforms (Peoplestrong) for process automation and data accuracy.Required Skills & Competencies :
Team leadership and cross-functional collaborationExpertise in recruitment and talent management practicesProficiency in HR analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)Familiarity with leading HR tech platformsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to handle confidential information with integrityQualifications :
MBA in HR from a recognized institute6+ years of experience inTalent Management, preferably in the Manufacturing Industry.Certifications in HR Analytics, HR Technology, or Talent Management (preferred)Experience in a supervisory HR role with stakeholder-facing responsibilitiesExposure to HR operations in a fast-paced environment
