Employment Type : Full-time Permanent.

Relevant Experience Required : 5+ Years.

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant (Time & Labor) with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM and OTL to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuration, implementation, and functional testing while collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Payroll and Absence.

Key Responsibilities :

Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Time & Labor modules in alignment with business requirements.
Develop and maintain Fast Formulas to support complex business logic.
Perform functional testing, UAT coordination, and ensure timely defect resolution.
Collaborate with Payroll, Absence Management, and other HCM modules for seamless integration.
Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for OTL-related queries.
Prepare functional / technical documentation and maintain configuration logs.
Work closely with business users, gathering requirements and translating them into functional / technical solutions.

Skills & Qualifications :

5 to 8 years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience with a strong focus on OTL (Oracle Time & Labor).

Strong Techno-Functional expertise ability to handle both functional configuration and basic technical development tasks.

Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas (e.g., for Time Card calculations, validations).

Experience in configuration, implementation, and production support.

Strong understanding of Payroll and Absence Management integration with OTL.

Experience in UAT, defect tracking, and resolution processes.

Good analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
