Are you ready to take your career to the next level in the dynamic world of Fin-Tech? We’re looking for enthusiastic and driven professionals to join our International Process team in Indore. If you have a passion for communication and a background in BPO, we want to hear from you!

📍 Location :

Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Work from Office)

🧭 Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support in an international Fin-Tech environment
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with global clients in English
  • Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on customer requests

🎓 Qualifications :

  • Graduation is mandatory
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service role
  • 🛠️ Required Skills :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • 🌟 Preferred :

  • Immediate joiners will be given priority
  • 💰 Compensation :

  • Salary : Up to ₹35,000
