We are looking for professionals with hands-on experience in US Onboarding processes. The role involves managing the complete onboarding lifecycle for US employees, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end onboarding process for US hires.
- Handle documentation and compliance including W4 forms, I-9 forms, and other required paperwork.
- Coordinate with internal teams and employees to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Requirements :
Prior experience in US Onboarding / HR Operations.Strong knowledge of W4 and I-9 processes.Excellent communication and coordination skills.
