We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Senior Cloud Monitoring Administrator with experience in monitoring and managing IT systems across Windows, Linux, VMware , and Cloud environments. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of ITIL processes , strong technical expertise in SolarWinds for infrastructure monitoring, and hand-on with Splunk for log analysis and event correlation.

This is a 24x7 support role requiring proactive system monitoring, incident response, and adherence to ITIL-based Incident , Problem , and Change Management processes. Exposure to AWS , TeamCity , and network fundamentals will be considered an added advantage.

What You'll Do :

Monitoring & Incident Management :

• Monitor infrastructure health, server performance, and application availability using SolarWinds dashboards and alerts.
• Respond to infrastructure alerts, perform initial triage, and take corrective actions to ensure high availability and SLA compliance.
• Follow ITIL-aligned Incident Management workflows for escalation, documentation, and resolution tracking.
• Use Splunk (SIEM) for log analysis, alert correlation, and event investigation to identify root causes.
• Contribute to Problem Management activities by identifying recurring issues and supporting long-term fixes.
