About the Role

The role involves analyzing, validating, and improving operational processes related to freelancer vetting, service approvals, and quality assurance. You will ensure that all submitted data, documents, and services meet internal standards and maintain a high level of accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Vetting : Review and validate freelancer data, documents, and profiles against defined quality and compliance standards.
• Intro Video Evaluation : Assess intro videos for alignment with content, presentation, and platform requirements.
• Notable Client Validation : Verify authenticity of clients and projects listed by freelancers.
• Gig Approval : Approve or reject services based on pre-defined operational and quality guidelines.
• Pro Updated Gigs : Review corrected or resubmitted gigs;

ensure compliance with standards and consistency across revisions.
