Pearl Transport Inc — a growing U.S.-based trucking carrier — is looking for a Compliance & HR Specialist to join our operations team!
📍 Location : Remote or Fresno, CA
🕒 Full-Time Position
💰 Salary : ₹30,000 per month
🔎 About the Role
You will ensure company-wide FMCSA / DOT compliance while also supporting HR processes. You’ll work closely with operations, dispatch, and driver onboarding teams to make sure our fleet stays safe, legal, and efficient.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Compliance Duties
- Monitor driver qualification files, drug / alcohol tests & MVR checks
- Track truck / trailer registrations, insurance, inspections & permits
- Maintain ELD, IFTA & FMCSA safety audit records
- Communicate with drivers & authorities regarding compliance issues
- Assist with onboarding carriers & drivers in compliance systems
- Also experienced in filling carriers packet from broker
