Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Nuclear Medicine Specialists to join the Northern Imaging Victoria team.

Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourne’s rapidly growing outer north.
Services are provided through our five main campuses :
Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn Community Hospital, and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg.
Northern Imaging Victoria is the medical imaging program of Northern Health and provides a comprehensive and integrated service consisting of Diagnostic Radiology, Interventional Radiology and Nuclear Medicine / PET. Our services are based across multiple Northern Health sites, with a focus on acute and emergency imaging and intervention at the Northern Hospital Epping which serves the busiest Emergency Department in Victoria. Additional imaging services are provided at Broadmeadows Hospital, Craigieburn Community Hospital, Kilmore Hospital and Bundoora Centre. Our department is equipped with the latest medical imaging equipment and a best of breed RIS-PACS and VR system. We are a friendly, supportive and progressive department with a strong focus on pursuing clinical and academic excellence.
About the Role :
An exciting opportunity exists for enthusiastic Nuclear Medicine Specialists to join the Northern Imaging Victoria team at Northern Health. You will be part of a team delivering safe, high quality and efficient Nuclear Medicine and PET services to referrers and patients of Northern Health as well as external referrers. This role requires general Nuclear Medicine skills including PET-CT and Nuclear Cardiology. This is an ongoing fractional senior medical role and commences in February 2026 (or at a date to be confirmed with the successful candidate).
