Job Description — Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Operations

Process : US Healthcare – Claims Adjudication

Location : Coimbatore

Mode : Work from Office

Shift : Rotational

Interview Round : Walkin on (19th September& 20th September)

Education : Any Graduate

Experience Required

Minimum 4 years of experience in US Healthcare Claims Adjudication
In-depth process knowledge and strong communication skills

Role Overview

The Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Operations will be responsible for :

Acting as a process authority for the US healthcare claims adjudication process

Supporting operations teams in resolving complex claim scenarios and escalations

Ensuring process adherence, compliance, and accuracy in claim processing

Mentoring and guiding team members to improve performance and quality

Driving operational excellence by identifying gaps and implementing improvements

Collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to meet business goals and client expectations
