Responsibilities
Independently troubleshoot and repair medical equipment with precision and professionalism
Complete routine maintenance and calibration on primary and secondary modalities
Assist in installations and upgrades of Medical equipment
Analyze blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to guide repairs
Instruct customers on proper equipment usage and maintenance
Maintain accurate and timely documentation (service reports, expense reports, etc.)
Manage parts inventory and contribute to part sales where applicable
Act as a true ambassador of the company brand, upholding company values and ensuring customer
satisfaction.
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electronics or related field.
3–8 years of field service experience, preferably in the medical device industry.
Strong electro-mechanical skills and hands-on experience with tools like oscilloscopes and
multi-meters.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage your schedule and reports.
Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment safely.
Willingness to travel based on business needs.
