About this opportunity :

We invite you to seize the prospect of becoming an MandC Support Professional at Ericsson, where your core responsibility will be to mold customer needs into innovative ideas, designs, and communication plans. You'll be a crucial part of our creative production teams, developing content for both internal and external customers while also providing necssary communication support. Balancing branding, messaging, and target audience with the core customer requirements, your work will culminate in the effective delivery of communication assets and positive customer relations. read more

What you will do :

• Interpret customer requirements into novel ideas, designs, and communication plans.
• Develop varied content assets for both internal and external audiences.
• Assist the Internal Communication (IC) community with communication supports.
• Engineer branding and messaging consistent with customer needs and target audiences.
• Manage service delivery of communication assets in a timely and efficient manner.
• Foster positive, long-term relationships with customers.
