We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with Motion Graphics expertise to create high-quality visual content for branding and marketing. This role is ideal for someone experienced in designing web banners, illustrations, logos, and other branding materials. The candidate will work closely with the marketing team to craft compelling posts and pages that drive traffic, boost engagement, and enhance brand presence. They should be proficient in graphic design principles and motion graphics to deliver engaging visual assets for various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design :

Develop visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including brochures, banners, social media posts, and website graphics.

Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended message.

Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative solutions.

Motion Graphics :

Create engaging motion graphics and animations for various platforms, such as promotional videos, explainer videos, and social media content.

Develop storyboards and visual concepts to effectively communicate ideas.

Edit raw video footage and add effects / elements to enhance motion graphics.

Collaboration and Project Management :

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and content creators, to create engaging and conversion-driven designs.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to maintain a fresh and innovative approach to design.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Motion Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing both static and animated designs.

Proficiency in graphic design and animation software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently.
