Introduction to the Role :

Drive OEM product quality by defining standards and ensuring compliance with BSH targets. Plan and execute testing with QM labs, lead product screening, and conclude technical releases. Support TCR targets and warranty cost estimation while coordinating with suppliers and service teams to implement quality improvements.

Yours Responsibilities :

• Define quality requirements for OEM Products to meet BSH Quality Targets.
• Test plan creation & Execution for new projects
• Coordination with other BSH QM laboratories to conduct product testing.
• Conclude product Technical Release (CMD) based on Quality Test Results
• Drive Product screening workshop for new projects and conclude outcomes.
• Support TCR target definition & warranty cost calculation for new project
• Member placed at supplier Location need to ensure timely planning of activities for smooth production & update the Team on regular Production defect
• Cooperation with local customer service organizations (repairs, documents, spare parts, CS bills of material, FAQ)
• Track Regional top 10 offender
