Assistant Manager-Product Development

Key Responsibilities -

• Kitchen appliances and other sourced products validation and documentation of validation / testing
• Regular tracking and update of new product developments
• BOM estimation and value engineering in sourced products
• Benchmarking and tear down of the competition products
• Supervise 1st lot production of newly developed products
• Tracking current market trends and new technology
• Implementing futuristic concepts / requirements in products
• Product compliances knowledge and tracking
• Experience in standardization of the components
• Regular product feedback from various internal teams and implementing corresponding improvements in the products
• Localization of products and parts

Remarks-

• Candidates with R & D / Product Development & Testing exposure are compulsory.
• Looking for a stable candidate (Frequent job changes will not be considered
• Strong data analytical skills (Working knowledge of Excel is essential)
• Willingness to travel a minimum of 5 to 7 Days in a Month depending on business exigency.
• Candidates with 30 to 45 Days' notice period will be only considered.
