Clinical Content Developer

Job Description : -

Content developers job description constitutes creation, development, and editing of digital learning content as per framework designed for Kauvery Hospital’s Digital Learning Experience Platform (LXP).

Roles and responsibilities : -

To closely liaise with Content Strategist to develop learning content as per established content framework.

To brainstorm & ideate with the Content Strategist for course curriculum.

To research, outline, write, proof and create engaging digital learning content in LXP compatible format.

Develop timely and essential learning contents, create post training assessments for learners.

To be cognizant of role in the content pipeline.

To work closely with upstream (Strategist) and downstream (Media designer & LXP admin) function employees of Content pipeline.

To collaborate with Content Media Designer for developing high quality Audio Visual content.

To adhere to set production schedule.

To do quality check of Digital content during production by Media designer and during assignment by LXP admin.

Contribute to value proposition of LXP with special content like video bytes, broadcast quiz and employ other communication strategy during important commemorative day e.g. World Heart Day.

To conduct webinar.

To train various stakeholders in content development.

To maintain learning content repository

To provide status report on daily / weekly / monthly basis to Team administrator for updating of Content Dashboard.

To contribute to monthly Department MIS prepared by Team administrator.

To facilitate the new course launch events and Valedictory Programs

As a part of project governance, adhere and complete “pre-defined activity tracker” and “daily planned activity tracker”.

Skillsets required : -

Content writing skills : - Excellent linguistic skills in reading, writing and speaking with impeccable grammar.

MS office tools & G- suite : - Excellent command over Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc and G-suite tools like Gmail ,Drive & Google sheet

Good listening skills and Multitasking abilities

Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines

An eye for details

Educational Requirement : -

Masters in Nursing / Paramedical / Management Studies.

Preferable experience : -

At least 3-5 years’ experience in education field, with specific responsibility of content creator / writer
