Medical Data Labeling Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Data Labeling Specialist to join our team. As an ophthalmologist, you will leverage your clinical expertise to annotate and label medical data for AI / ML model development.

This role involves reviewing images, identifying anatomical structures and disease markers, adhering to standardized grading protocols, participating in calibration sessions, and collaborating with AI engineers to ensure clinical validity.

Main responsibilities :

• Data Annotation : Review fundus images, OCT scans, and other visual data to identify anatomical structures and disease markers.
• Adherence to Protocols : Apply standardized grading protocols consistently for accurate and consistent labeling.
• Quality Control & Feedback : Participate in calibration sessions and reviews to maintain annotation consistency.
• Collaboration : Work with AI engineers to ensure the clinical validity of guidelines.
• AI Model Validation : Validate AI model outputs for clinical accuracy and safety.
