  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities to increase customer base.
  • Contribute towards improving sales processes with focus on customer centricity.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support before, during, and after sales processes.

  • Oversee adherence to sales processes by sales team and evaluate through measures the achievement of customer delight.
  • Ensure timely payment collection against dispatch from clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure timely dispatch of Job.
