Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch). 2 to 6 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution. Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, or similar visualization software. Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment. Work on diverse and challenging projects. Be part of a creative and collaborative team. We are looking for a talented Architect to join our team and work on-site at our Kothrud location.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop architectural designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects from the USA and across the globe.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into design solutions.
- Prepare and present detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications.
- Create 3D visualizations, renders, and walkthroughs to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques.
