What you’ll do
- Drive innovation in ServiceNow and corporate services technology through fast-paced POCs targeted at digitally transforming the function and the provided capabilities
- Develop design of architectural solutions including logical and physical architecture diagrams to drive concepts to reality and define measures to track delivery of results in progressing an agile Marketing Architecture, driving growth and optimizing efficiency
Understanding complex technical challenges, defining pragmatic solutions and communicate key messages to Key Technical / business stakeholders
At least 1 mainline Service Now CertificationExpertise in ITSM, CMDB, CSM and Integration modules of Servicenow
Who you are
Total relevant ServiceNow experience (Not the total IT experience) should be 10+ years.Should have design experience for ITSM, Integration, Event management, CMDB, CSM and service portalShould have experience in designs with 2 or more systems involved, with ServiceNow as a major application.Should have experience in writing / creating HLDs, LLDs, internal components designs & documentation.Should have experience in mapping and modelling exercises.Good knowledge of system behavior and system performance.Should have exposure in system upgrades, cloning, performance management, etcShould have scripting knowledge, specially, JavaScript which is primary language of ServiceNow.Minimum 2 ServiceNow mainline certification (not delta or micro certifications) completed by the candidate.Extensive experience in ServiceNow & Corporate Services applications in a global environment and In-depth understanding on core PaaS / SaaS / IaaS platform implementation.Understanding business context and translating requirements into a sustainable ServiceNow solution.Detailed understanding and experience on the following core technologies / skills are MUST :
