Job Title : US IT Recruiter - Data Science & Analytics Focus

Location : Onsite - Manjeera Trinity Corporate, KPHB, Hyderabad

Shift : Night Shift (US Hours - EST)

Experience : 6 months - 3 years

As we scale up our operations in 2025, we are looking to hire passionate US IT Recruiters who are excited to work on high-quality, tech-driven roles and build meaningful careers in the staffing industry.

What You'll Be Doing

End-to-end recruitment for US-based roles across Data Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, Cloud, and AI / ML verticals

Partner with Account Managers to understand client requirements, target the right talent pool, and strategize candidate outreach

Source candidates from Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal ATS, and vendor networks

Conduct detailed technical screening and evaluate candidates for tools like Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, etc.

Maintain candidate pipelines, follow-ups, interview coordination, feedback tracking, and closing

Work in a fast-paced environment on multiple active roles and ensure timely delivery with quality

What We're Looking For

6 months to 3 years of experience in US IT recruitment , preferably with exposure to analytics, data science, or cloud hiring

Strong understanding of technical skillsets in data, engineering, cloud, and AI / ML domains

Excellent sourcing and screening capabilities; hands-on experience with Boolean search, X-ray sourcing, and LinkedIn Recruiter

Good communication and interpersonal skills - ability to engage with passive and active candidates alike

Familiarity with contract, C2C, W2, and full-time hiring models in the US market

Ability to work during US shift timings (EST or PST)

Nice to Have

Prior experience hiring for roles like Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Cloud Engineer, AI / ML Engineer

Exposure to VMS platforms or experience working with consulting firms and product companies

Comfortable working with aggressive targets and incentive-driven environments
