About the Role :
We are looking for a mid to senior-level Product Manager with strong technical expertise in construction chemicals (admixtures, waterproofing, repair products, sealants, flooring solutions, etc.). You will manage the entire product lifecycle , support R&D and sales teams , and act as the primary technical point of contact for customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
- Collaborate with R&D to develop and optimize products.
- Define product roadmaps, launch plans, and pricing strategies.
- Provide technical support, training, and troubleshooting guidance.
- Manage customer relationships and gather feedback to improve products.
- Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
