Human Resource Intern :
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship program. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions and provides an opportunity for talented individuals to demonstrate their capabilities. Exceptional performance during the internship may lead to a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for a full-time HR role.
Responsibilities :
- Recruitment Support :
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Participate in interviews and assessments under the guidance of HR professionals.
- Help maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Onboarding and Orientation :
- Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing documentation and facilitating orientation sessions.
- Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Employee Engagement :
- Collaborate on employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys and events.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of team-building activities.
- HR Administration :
- Assist with HR paperwork, data entry, and maintenance of employee records.
- Support HR professionals in various administrative tasks.
Qualifications :
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor&aposs / Master's degree in Human ResourcesStrong interpersonal and communication skills.Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.Proficiency in Google docs, sheets, slides etcAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.Benefits :
