Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and build the Executive Search practice end-to-end - from client acquisition to delivery.
• Manage and grow relationships with CXO & Board-level stakeholders.
• Independently run board and leadership mandates , ensuring high-quality execution.
• Take full P&L ownership for the practice and scale it as a business unit.
• Work closely with the leadership team to drive growth and profitability.
