Job descriptionBroad knowledge of search concepts, including relevance tuning, custom scoring, and query DSL. Expert level expertise in Python and experience building APIs (preferably FastAPI). 5+ years experience with Elasticsearch or OpenSearch in production environments. Strong testing background : integration, regression, and performance testing. DevOps skills : automation, CI / CD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with LLMs and AI-assisted tools and workflows. Proficiency in designing and optimising search pipelines and custom query builders. Must have practical hands-on experience developing software using AI-assisted tools and workflows. Experience with S3, AWS Lambda, and cloud-native architectures.
Search Solutions Architect
We are seeking a skilled Search Solutions Architect to design and implement advanced search solutions using OpenSearch / Elasticsearch.
- Create scalable, high-performance search infrastructure using custom analyzers, tokenizers, and scoring algorithms.
- Develop robust APIs for search using Python (FastAPI) and integrate with AI / LLM-based search experiences.
- Leverage expertise in index template management, lifecycle policies, and large-scale data modeling to ensure data integrity and performance.
- Design and optimize search pipelines and custom query builders to meet complex business requirements.
