What You’ll Do
- Drive international business development by exploring new geographies and partnerships.
- Own the end-to-end exports lifecycle – from lead generation, client negotiations, and compliance to shipment execution.
- Build strong relationships with international distributors, brokers, and clients – becoming their go-to partner.
- Strategize and execute growth plans to expand presence in global markets and achieve sales targets.
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and planning teams to ensure smooth, timely delivery of shipments.
- Keep a pulse on international FMCG market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Represent the company in international trade shows and exhibitions to showcase our products and heritage.
- Ensure adherence to global trade and regulatory requirements.
- Be proactive in addressing customer needs, solving challenges, and turning them into growth opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience (4–6 years) in exports within an FMCG / ayurvedic / nuetracutical company (mandatory).Hands-on experience in handling export operations, client management, and regulatory compliance.MBA or equivalent degree preferred.Strong communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.Tech-savvy and comfortable working with modern tools for data, reporting, and client communication.A self-starter with a growth mindset, problem-solving attitude, and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.What’s in it for You?
