Manager - Alliances & B2B Partnerships
Manager - Alliances and B2B Partnerships, your role will be to plan, negotiate and build a long lasting relationship with new and existing partners. The role requires interfacing with senior management of real-estate developers & channel partners. We're looking for an experienced, hands-on, result-oriented business development leader. As part of this role, you will be required to cultivate these partnerships and help us build the B2B channel at Brick&Bolt.
Job Description :
1. Set in place a systematic process for building new pipeline & relationship management.
2. Build and develop commercial & strategic relationships with B2B Partners
3. Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, operations, legal & finance teams to come up with win-win solutions keeping in mind the best interest of all stakeholders
4. Participate in relevant networking events on behalf of the company
5. Create strategies to identify new methods to grow partnerships
6. Serve as the POC for developing and maintaining the relationship, troubleshooting issues and responding to incoming inquiries
7. Should be good at planning and great at detailed execution
Qualification, Experience and Expertise :
1. MBA, MS or other advanced degree
2. Proven record of minimum 5-6 years of professional working experience in partnerships and alliances and account management, preferably in the real-estate sector
3. Hands-on experience with spreadsheet analysis, public presentations, and data management.
4. Experience initiating and driving new business opportunities
5. Excellent negotiation and analytical skills regarding contractual, technical, and financial issues with partner
