We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Stewards to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in F&B service, with excellent communication skills and the ability to provide top-notch customer service.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate food and beverage service operations to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guests' needs and resolving issues professionally.
- Maintain high levels of knowledge about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery and high-quality standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Steward or similar role in the hospitality industry.Strong knowledge of food and beverage service operations and procedures.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Basic math skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
