Responsibilities :
- Own and manage LXME's social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
- Create and manage a high-impact content calendar aligned with brand, product, and community initiatives
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and video editors to create engaging reels, carousels, and other platform-specific content
- Plan, execute, and track influencer campaigns — from outreach and negotiation to deliverables and performance review
- Build and manage relationships with creators, agencies, vendors, and production teams for timely execution
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and brand mentions to ensure prompt and thoughtful engagement (ORM)
- Track platform analytics and prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Stay ahead of trends and platform updates to keep the brand's voice fresh and relevant
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (brand, product, content, growth, community) for cross-functional initiatives
Must Have :
