Role Description :
As a Social Media Manager at PepMedia , you will be responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing high-impact social media strategies that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth across platforms. You’ll lead creative campaigns, manage client accounts, and work closely with our content, design, and performance teams to deliver results that align with each brand’s unique voice and goals. This is a role for someone who is both strategic and hands-on — a storyteller who can turn data into direction and creativity into measurable impact. Daily tasks include content creation, scheduling posts, monitoring social media metrics, and collaborating with the digital marketing team to optimize social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve brand and business objectives.
- Plan and manage content Strategy & calendars across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).
- Lead creative direction for social content — visuals, copy, reels, and campaign ideas.
- Oversee and guide the social media team , ensuring content quality, tone, and consistency.
- Collaborate with the design, video, and strategy teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Monitor performance using tools like Meta Business Suite and other social media insights dashboards .
- Engage with the online community, influencers, and brand partners to strengthen brand presence.
- Stay updated with trends, algorithms, and platform updates to keep brands ahead of the curve.
- Prepare monthly reports highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred).Proven track record of growing brand engagement and reach.Strong understanding of content strategy, analytics, and paid advertising .Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Creative mindset with an eye for design, trends, and storytelling.Proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Hootsuite, Canva, Google Analytics, and ChatGPTWhat We Offer :
