Role Objective :

To plan, create, and execute impactful social media strategies that drive consistent follower growth, engagement, and conversions across multiple brand locations. The role requires a mix of creative storytelling, data-driven decision-making, and strong coordination with design, video, and marketing teams to ensure every post contributes to brand visibility and measurable community growth.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Build monthly content calendars outlining post frequency, campaign themes, and growth objectives.
  • Plan and execute campaigns for ongoing promotions, seasonal events, memberships, and partnerships.
  • Maintain a balanced content mix : reels, carousels, stories, testimonials, influencer collaborations, and trending audio content.
  • Research social trends and audience behavior to refine brand tone and posting strategy.

2. Content Creation & Execution

  • Collaborate with the design and video teams to develop engaging and visually appealing content.
  • Review and finalize copy, hashtags, and CTAs for every post.
  • Maintain a consistent and family-friendly voice that emphasizes fun, trust, and community.
  • Ensure posts go out on time and align with the overall campaign calendar.
  • 3. Community Management & Growth

  • Drive organic follower growth through consistent posting, trend participation, and engagement strategies.
  • Build relationships with local influencers and community pages for collaborations and cross-promotions.
  • Respond promptly to DMs, comments, and mentions to improve engagement rates and sentiment.
  • Execute follower campaigns, giveaways, and shoutout drives to attract new audiences.
  • 4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance metrics including reach, engagement, saves, shares, and follower growth.
  • Create monthly reports highlighting wins, learnings, and actionable insights.
  • Monitor competitors and identify opportunities for content differentiation.
  • Share data-backed recommendations to optimize upcoming campaigns.
  • 5. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with account managers and marketing leads to align on brand goals and campaign direction.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to ensure timely delivery of visuals and videos.
  • Align with paid ads and SEO teams for integrated marketing performance.
  • Participate in weekly syncs to review metrics and brainstorm growth ideas.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

    🚀 Follower Growth : +1,000 net followers per month per location (minimum).

    🎥 Organic Reach : 50k+ views on key reels or event-based content.

    💬 Engagement Rate : Maintain 10%+ engagement rate across posts.

    📈 Reach Growth : 20% MoM increase in organic reach.

    🕒 Consistency : 100% posts delivered on schedule.

    🎯 Conversion Impact : Trackable link clicks, bookings, or DM inquiries from posts.
