Livnest Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a dynamic real estate company delivering premium housing projects with trust and excellence. We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to handle client interactions and drive sales closures in Pune West (Hinjewadi Phase 2).
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle qualified leads provided by the company and ensure timely follow-up.
- Conduct client meetings and property site visits to showcase projects.
- Present project details, resolve client queries, and build strong client relationships.
- Negotiate and finalize deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, site visits, and sales conversions in CRM.
- Coordinate with the operations and customer relations team for smooth client onboarding.
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in real estate sales (residential).Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to build rapport and close deals effectively.Knowledge of the Pune real estate market (especially Hinjewadi, Baner, Wakad, Balewadi) is an advantage.What We OfferAttractive fixed salary + high incentive structure.Pre-qualified leads (no cold calling / lead generation required).Growth opportunities within a fast-paced, expanding organization.Job Type : Full-time
