Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end SuccessFactors application environment, including system maintenance, performance, configuration, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure alignment between business processes and SuccessFactors functionality.
- Lead integration initiatives between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems (SAP ECC / S4, Payroll, and third-party applications).
- Ensure adherence to global architecture standards, governance models, and change management procedures.
- Analyze, evaluate, and recommend improvements in system functionality and integration design to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Manage incident resolution and change requests through structured processes to maintain operational continuity.
- Define and execute testing strategies for system updates, new releases, and integration changes.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruitment, Learning, Compensation, and Performance Management.
- Work closely with cybersecurity and compliance teams to ensure adherence to data protection and security requirements.
- Monitor system performance, proactively identify risks, and initiate corrective measures.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications for configuration or development.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, architecture diagrams, and functional design documents.
- Provide training, support, and guidance to end users and key stakeholders on SuccessFactors functionalities and integration points.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR processes through automation and data-driven insights.
Education and Experience :
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.Minimum 6–8 years of experience in application management, with at least 4 years in SAP SuccessFactors implementation or support.Proven experience managing integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP (ECC / S4HANA) or other enterprise systems.Strong understanding of HR business processes and SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruitment, Learning, Compensation, PM / GM).Hands-on experience with integration technologies such as SAP CPI, API, OData, and middleware solutions.Knowledge of ITIL practices and experience working in a global environment with cross-functional teams.Experience in vendor management and coordination with third-party service providers.Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.Skills Required
