Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of our new Pyramid Cafe Lounge & Bar opening in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing a cafe, lounge, or bar , with strong leadership, customer service, and operational skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the cafe lounge and bar.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
• Ensure high standards of food, beverage, and service quality.
• Handle customer feedback and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory, cost control, and daily sales reports.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations.
• Implement hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
• Drive sales and promotional activities to enhance revenue.
