Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations, ensure an exceptional guest experience, and drive overall restaurant performance. You will play a key role in managing staff, maintaining high service standards, and supporting our growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and kitchen coordination
Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest feedback professionally
Manage and train restaurant staff to uphold brand standards
Monitor inventory, vendor relations, and cost control
Plan and execute operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
Collaborate with the management team on marketing, promotions, and events
Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance with all regulations
Requirements
3+ years of experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Customer-first mindset with attention to detail
Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operations software is a plus
