Who We Are Looking For
The Priority Site Security Lead is to support a global mandate aimed at rapidly improving workplace and asset security and risk management in India while building trust with the lines of business, operations partners, and external stakeholders.
This role is expected to run for one year with potential for extension. To be successful, the Lead will bring strong transferable skills in project management, can come up to speed quickly with the dynamics of the organization's global ecosystem, and be able to build trusting relationships with operations partners (Real Estate, Cybersecurity, etc) and the business.
What You Will Work On
Key Position Objectives
- Advance maturity ratings across a select number of sites by the end of the year
- Establish structures, processes, and reporting mechanisms to drive continuous improvement to our global physical security and business continuity capabilities
- Create repeatable and execute scalable workstreams / sub-projects to address trending site gaps (e.g, key management program, user access rights processes, tailgating awareness campaign)
Responsibilities
Conduct physical security compliance audits leveraging organization-tailored software and create report results using data statistics, providing recommendations on risk-based and cost-conscious improvementsTake the lead on one 10-month scaled improvement project that will target a trending gap at multiplesites. These projects will aim to create repeatable tools with longevity, requiring that new tools (eLearnings, automated workflows, dashboards) be carefully designed, piloted and refined before being launched across at least 100 sites and to dozens of usersProvide technical and project management guidance to site security leads on tasks such as access control configuration, guard force management, or making a strategic case for improvements to the site's senior leadership.Early on in improvement efforts, the Lead will work closely with the site security leads to refine governance for security requirements across the property and create new recurring touchpoints in the form of monthly / quarterly meetings to collaborate on security improvements and management processesPotentially lead in-person briefings & trainings, conduct business impact analyses, or collaborate with partners in security technology, cybersecurity, or real estate. The Lead is intended to work closely with a select number of sites while liaising between Global Security and the business organizations, increasing awareness of physical security vulnerabilities and collaborating to implement remediation strategies.
What You Will Bring
At least 5 years in security and risk management-related rolesProject management, underpinned by strong organizational skills, the confidence to drive meetings and present to senior stakeholders unfamiliar with security technicalitiesPreferred navigating a large matrix organization through collaboration and conflict managementPreferred driving change management initiatives to rapidly improve sub-program or overall site security compliance, including but not limited to governance, security culture & guard force managementSkills Required
