Role Overview :

The Site Security Manager will be responsible for overseeing site-level security operations, implementing safety protocols, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. The role requires proactive leadership, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills to maintain a secure and compliant operational environment.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :

• Oversee all site security operations and ensure adherence to company security policies and procedures.
• Conduct security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability analyses for the site.
• Supervise and train security personnel to maintain discipline, vigilance, and efficiency.
• Investigate security incidents, thefts, and workplace accidents, and submit detailed reports.
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and local authorities as required.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and client-specific security requirements.
• Implement and monitor occupational health and safety (OHS) protocols at the site.
• Maintain access control, visitor management, and vehicle entry / exit records.
• Develop and conduct regular security awareness sessions for employees.
• Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and other surveillance equipment for operational readiness.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly security reports for management review.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, safety hazards, and security breaches.
• Support continuous improvement in site security measures and procedures.
