Job description

ERP– SAP Security(BTP, S / 4 HANA Cloud, SAC, Datasphere)

We are looking for an experienced SAP Security Consultant with proven expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) , SAP Datasphere , SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) security , SAP S / 4HANA Public Cloud security along IAS / IPS . The consultant will be responsible for managing end-to-end security, system operations, and compliance, ensuring that SAP cloud and hybrid landscapes are secure, scalable, and audit-ready

Location : Offshore

Key Responsibilities :

SAP Security

  • Design and implement role-based access control (RBAC) across SAP applications (S4HANA / BTP / Datasphere / SAC)..
  • Maintain and govern user, role, and authorization concepts aligned with business and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with Basis and functional teams to manage authorization objects , profiles , and security transports .

SAP Datasphere Security

  • Support and enhance spaces, roles, and access control models .
  • Define row-level and object-level security for secure data consumption.
  • Implement and monitor connection-level security between Datasphere, SAC, and other source systems.
  • Ensure compliance and governance for enterprise data access.

    • SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Security

  • Configure authentication and authorization models (SSO, SAML, OAuth).
  • Manage roles, content access, and data security in SAC.
  • Support audits and ensure SAC aligns with organizational security policies.

    • SAP S / 4HANA Public Cloud Security

  • Maintain business roles and authorization concepts in S / 4HANA Public Cloud.
  • Manage identity and access management (IAM) , including integration with SAP IAS / IPS.
  • Support compliance, SoD analysis, and audit requirements .
  • Work with functional teams to ensure secure business processes.

    • Collaboration & Governance

  • Partner with audit, compliance, and IT security teams to align with governance standards.
  • Document system and security configurations, processes, and controls.
  • Provide best practices, advisory, and technical guidance to project and business teams.

    • Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of SAP Security experience with strong focus on cloud solutions .
  • Hands-on expertise with :
  • SAP Datasphere security (roles, spaces, object / data-level access).
  • SAP SAC security (authentication, authorization, content / data security).
  • Good understanding of Identity Authentication Service (IAS) , Identity Provisioning Service (IPS)
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
