Job descriptionExperience : 3–5 years of hands-on campaign management experience (minimum 3 years is mandatory). DSP Knowledge : Proficient in multiple DSPs with extensive knowledge of RTB and the programmatic ecosystem. Tools & Platforms : Must have experience with DV360, TTD, Beeswax, and third-party ad servers. DV360 certification and other relevant certifications are a strong plus. Experience in Google Campaign Manager and Flashtalking is preferable. Technical Skills : Strong analytical mindset with expertise in campaign reporting and hands-on Excel skills. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end programmatic campaigns across multiple DSPs.
- Execute, monitor, optimize, and report on campaigns to meet client objectives.
- Work with top DSPs including DV360, TTD, Beeswax, and other relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and media owners for campaign success.
- Utilize Google Campaign Manager and Flashtalking for measurement and reporting.
- Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights.
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered within timelines and performance benchmarks.
