Team TMRW is looking for a highly organized and dynamic Studio Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our in-house creative studio. This role combines creativity, production, and project management – ensuring that all creative projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. The Studio Manager will lead workflows, resource allocation, and operational excellence, enabling image editors, photographers, videographers and video editors do their best work.
Key Responsibilities
Studio Operations & Workflow
- Manage the daily operations of TMRW studio, ensuring efficient project flow from brief to final delivery. Establish, manage, and continuously optimize studio processes to improve efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and maximize resource utilization.
- Implement and refine processes, tools, and systems to streamline collaboration across teams. Implement project tracking systems (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira) to ensure transparency on deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies.
- Develop and monitor production timelines, budgets, and resourcing. Drive operational KPIs such as on-time delivery, resource utilization rates, and revision cycles.
Project Management
Serve as the primary point of contact between creative, marketing, and business teams.Translate briefs into actionable project plans, ensuring clarity on deliverables, milestones, and approvals.Monitor progress, provide regular project performance reports, including status updates and highlight delays.Team & Resource Management
Oversee studio team, staffing, resourcing and day-to-day capacity planning.Manage payments, freelance / vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality output.Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance development for creative team members.Creative Quality & Standards
Uphold brand guidelines and creative standards across all deliverables.Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality control in all creative outputs.Provide constructive feedback and foster an environment of continuous improvement.Strategic Input
Partner with leadership to forecast creative needs and scale studio capabilities.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate creative impact.Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.Qualifications
10+ years of experience in studio management and shoot production, ideally within a creative agency or in-house brand team.Strong knowledge of creative workflows (design, video, photography, digital).Proficiency in project management tools (Excel, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Trello, etc.).Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Leadership experience with proven ability to motivate and mentor creative talent.
