Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership : You are a leader of leaders. Your primary responsibility is to manage the entire 'Circle team,' which includes other managers, and align them with the organization's vision and objectives. This involves a heavy focus on strategic planning and mentoring your direct reports.
- Sales and Performance Management : You are ultimately responsible for achieving monthly and annual sales targets for your entire region. This requires a deep understanding of sales productivity, the ability to monitor key metrics, and the skill to make appropriate course corrections to hit goals.
- Talent Development : A core part of your job is to build a healthy and productive team. This includes providing direct support and coaching to your managers, identifying skills gaps, and ensuring that your entire team is trained and developed for long-term success.
- Ethics and Integrity : You are the final authority for the actions of your team, and you must build conviction within them to uphold high organizational values and ensure business ethics in every action.
- Recruitment and Growth : You will be directly involved in recruiting top talent from the market and converting high-performing team members into new managers, thereby expanding the entire distribution network.
