Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Procurement & Operations Manager at our office in Gurugram, India. The Procurement Operations Manager will oversee procurement processes, manage supplier contracts, and optimize supply chain operations. Key responsibilities include analyzing procurement data, developing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and mitigating risks. The role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to meet organizational objectives.

Experience of personal care, fragrances, toiletries and skin care is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Procurement and Contract Management, with the ability to negotiate and maintain supplier relationships
• Proficiency in Operations Management and Supply Chain Management to ensure operational efficiency
• Well-developed Analytical Skills for evaluating procurement data and implementing process improvements
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in remote and dynamic team environments
• Familiarity with procurement software or tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
