Procurement Manager – Infrastructure & International Sourcing

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced

Procurement Manager

to oversee

infrastructure-related purchases

and

vendor management

across multiple campuses. The ideal candidate will handle

end-to-end procurement , from

vendor sourcing and negotiation

to

import / export coordination

— particularly for

electronic goods and lab equipment

sourced from China and other countries.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee

procurement operations

across all campus locations for infrastructure and technical requirements.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard

vendors, contractors, and suppliers

(domestic and international).

Conduct

first-hand negotiations

for better pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.

Manage

import / export documentation, customs clearance , and

logistics

for electronic and lab equipment.

Ensure compliance with

procurement policies, government import norms , and institutional quality standards.

Develop and maintain

strategic supplier relationships

for long-term cost efficiency.

Collaborate with

finance, operations, and project teams

to plan procurement budgets and timelines.

Track market trends, pricing updates, and supplier performance.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in

Supply Chain, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering / Business Administration .

4+ years

of proven experience in

infrastructure procurement or vendor management .

Strong knowledge of

import / export regulations , particularly for

China and Southeast Asian markets .

Excellent

negotiation, analytical, and project management

skills.

Proficiency in

MS Office, ERP systems , and vendor management tools.

Strong communication and leadership abilities.
