Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive at Monastic Media® in Surat. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for tasks such as new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management to drive business growth and client relationships. Responsibilities :
Identify and pursue new Business Development and Lead Generation skills
Generate qualified leads through networking, outbound outreach, and referrals
Manage and grow existing client accounts
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business needs
Collaborate with internal teams to align service offerings with client goals
Stay updated on industry trends to identify growth opportunities
Meet and exceed sales targets consistently
Excellent negotiation and networking skills
Experience in account management
Requirements :
Minimum 1 year of experience in agency sales (mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills
Strategic thinking with a growth-focused mindset
Self-driven, result-oriented, and highly organized
