We are seeking a Team Lead – Holiday Process to manage a team of holiday executives. The candidate will oversee day-to-day holiday package operations, ensure smooth vendor coordination, and deliver high-quality travel experiences to customers.

Responsibilities :

Supervise and coach a team of holiday executives.

Design customized itineraries & manage costing.

Handle vendor negotiations and confirmations.

Ensure smooth execution of holiday bookings, visas, and documentation.

Resolve escalations and support agents in closing sales.

Report team performance to management.

Requirements :

4–5 years of experience in holiday operations.

Strong destination knowledge and costing ability.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office; GDS knowledge preferred.
