Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Tele Callers, located in Surat. Tele Callers will handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with customers, explain loan products and services, generate leads, and follow up on inquiries. The role includes maintaining accurate customer records, providing excellent support, and building strong client relationships. Tele Callers may also assist in administrative or reporting tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including active listening and clarity in speech
• Customer relationship skills such as professionalism, empathy, and the ability to provide solutions
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with spreadsheets and CRM software
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service roles is preferred
• Ability to meet targets and work in a results-driven environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus
